Where 999gam's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, 999gam's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 999gam account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 999gam's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
